Job Role:

We are constantly looking for experienced, high performing ‘new business’ digital sales executives who are seeking a new and challenging role within a cutting edge digital agency that has ambitious growth plans. We are looking for ‘big hitters’ who wish to be financially rewarded accordingly. We pay high end basic salaries and high end commission rates for experienced digital sales people with a proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets through passion, hard work, honesty and integrity. Expected annual earnings of at least £50K+ based on realistic targets earnings.

Responsibilities:

Using company data, inbound leads and your own initiative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and closing potential SEO & web design clients for the business. Your daily tasks and activities will include:

  1. Data Sourcing
  2. High levels of daily outbound activity
  3. Lead & opportunity nurturing
  4. Relationship Building
  5. Adherence to company sales process
  6. Opportunity & pipeline management
  7. Company training
  8. Company policies, systems and processes adherence
  9. Achievement of monthly KPI’s & sales targets
  10. Opportunity reporting to the MD

The Candidates:

Successful candidates will be professional, ambitious, self motivated, confident, experienced, willing to learn and excellent communicators. You will be passionate about winning sales and won’t need any encouragement to be on the phones all day earning money.  You will be experienced in dealing with and speaking to business owners in a confident manner and will have some kind of industry or sector expertise
